Measure with Score

Evaluate urgency against an ordered rubric.

Use Score when outcomes have an order. Its criteria is an array of descriptions, arranged from the lowest level to the highest. Jev supports up to ten levels.

Create three urgency levels: routine, time-sensitive, and critical. Describe the impact at each level so the rubric is useful beyond this one ticket.

Scores start at zero and can fall between levels. A score of 0.2 sits between the first and second levels; it is not a 20% confidence value. Confidence is a separate field.

Your challenge

  1. Set questions.urgency.type to score.
  2. Add exactly three different, non-empty criteria descriptions, ordered from routine to critical.
  3. Keep the urgency instructions.
