Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider processes your email address, your name if you give it, and your sign-in details.
• API keys. We store a secure hash and a short prefix of each key. We never store the full key.
• Usage data. For each request we record metadata such as the time, model, status, latency, and token counts. We use it for rate limits, reliability, and funding records.
• Content you submit. The state and questions you send to the API or playground are forwarded to the model provider to generate answers. We do not keep them in our database unless you choose to save an experiment. Content you share by link can be viewed by anyone with that link.
• Technical data. To enforce limits for visitors who are not signed in, we use a one-way hash of the IP address that expires after a short period. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs.
• Wallet and on-chain data. If you connect a wallet, your browser reads from and sends transactions to the blockchain directly. Public blockchain data, including wallet addresses, balances, and transactions, is public by nature. We may analyze it and show it on the site, for example in holder reports and rewards.
• Analytics and cookies. We use cookies needed for sign-in and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Your browser’s local storage holds preferences and drafts on your device.

2. How we use information

We use information to run and secure the Service, manage accounts and keys, apply rate limits, prevent abuse, fix problems, understand usage, publish funding and treasury records, and send service or product emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service providers

We share information with providers that help run the Service, only as needed for their role:

• model access through OpenRouter, which serves TypeSafe AI’s Jev model;
• hosting, databases, and caching;
• authentication;
• email delivery;
• analytics;
• blockchain RPC, explorers, and market data.

These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect the Service and its users.

4. Retention

We keep account and usage records while your account is active and as long as needed for the purposes above, security, and our legal obligations. Saved experiments stay until you delete them. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

5. Your choices and rights

You can revoke API keys, delete saved experiments, unsubscribe from emails, block or clear cookies in your browser, and ask us to delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to some processing. To make a request, contact us.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure. Keep your API keys and wallet credentials safe. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

7. Children

The Service is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date shows the latest version.
