1. About OpenJEV

OpenJEV gives public access to Jev, a model built by TypeSafe AI, through third-party providers. “Jev” and “TypeSafe” are the names and marks of their owners. We use them only to describe the model the Service provides access to.

2. Using the Service

You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your keys secret.

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud anyone;
• send content you do not have the right to share, including other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
• get around rate limits, share keys to avoid limits, or overload or disrupt the Service;
• probe, scan, or attack the Service or its providers;
• use the Service in a way that breaks the terms of our upstream providers.

Free access runs on shared capacity. We may set, change, or enforce limits, and we may suspend or end access at any time, for any reason, including abuse.

3. Model output

Answers come from an AI model and can be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent. Do not rely on them as your only basis for decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety, or similar consequences. You are responsible for how your application uses the output and for reviewing it where needed.

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You give us permission to process it only as needed to run the Service.

4. $JEV token

$JEV is a community memecoin with no intrinsic value, and it has no connection to TypeSafe AI. It is not an investment, a security, a share, or a claim on any revenue, asset, or entity. You do not need $JEV to use the Service.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any description of treasury activity, buybacks, burns, rewards, or airdrops describes current plans or experiments. We may change, pause, or stop them at any time. Rewards are discretionary and are never guaranteed.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Smart contracts, wallets, and blockchains can fail or be exploited, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed. You alone are responsible for your decisions, your wallet, and any taxes you owe. Only use funds you can afford to lose, and check that holding or trading crypto assets is legal where you live.

5. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including model providers, hosting, authentication, blockchains, launchpads, and exchanges. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions. Links to other sites are provided for convenience only.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenJEV and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes lost profits, lost data, and losses from token prices or trading, however they arise. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the prior twelve months, if any.

You agree to hold harmless OpenJEV and its contributors from claims that arise from your use of the Service or your breach of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
